Guru plot
"Think big, think ahead and think fast."
The village boy Guru (Abishek Bachchan) wants to make it in the big city. He has dreams, dreams that he wants to fulfill at all costs. As the son of a village teacher, he marries Sujata (Aiswarya Rai) who refuses to marry him yet succumbs to the pressures of her surroundings. Guru, Sujata and her brother leave for Bombay, where Guru is not satisfied with any rejection. Soon he works his way up to the middle class, and after he meets a new father figure (Mithun Chakraborty), his fame only gets bigger and bigger. Guru becomes insufferable to those around him, but his success continues to grow. With his company Shakti Corp. he is the first Indian organization to reach the 'Forbes 500', but at what cost?
