When Tiger manages to get his hands on a rare amulet from the gangster boss Dragon employs, the men face each other again years later. Finally, the two, plus a third kung fu-kei Turbo (Yue) will team up to bring the mythical ruler of the triad, the dreaded Shibumi, to his knees.
