Morning Departure plot

"THRILLING SEA DRAMA!"

Lt. cmdr. Armstrong thinks it will be a routine job with the sub and tells his wife he will be home by tea time. However, things go awry and they end up at the bottom of the ocean, with no means of contacting the mainland. As the situation worsens, they have to wonder if there's enough oxygen to hold out until an eventual rescue.
