Bulldog Drummond's Peril plot

"Fiction's greatest adventurer"

When a chemistry gem is stolen, the chief suspect of the Metropolitan Diamond Syndicate is the prime suspect. The scientist who created the stone has been killed and Captain Drummond vows revenge. The trail leads to the outskirts of London where he finds his fiancée Phyllis Clavering and his faithful helper, Tenny. They have been captured by a criminal who won't stop until he knows the secret of the jewel.
