King of the World plot
Film about legendary boxer Muhammad Alli, born in Louisville, Kentucky (USA) as Cassius Marcellus Clay. Ali is seen as the boxer with the biggest mouth ever, but he always put his words into action. He changed his name (first to Cassius X) due to the strong influence Malcolm X's Nation of Islam had on him. "Clay was his slave name," it was said. He became a multiple world heavyweight boxing champion, fought legendary duels with Sonny Liston, George Foreman and the then unbeatable Joe Frazier. His most legendary fight (arranged by Don King) is undoubtedly the duel in Kinshasa, Zaire, against George Foreman, which went down in the books as Rumble in the Jungle. A frenzied crowd brought in 'their' hero.
