Burton, a greedy, dodgy lawyer, is about to tyrannize a mining town. The only one who can stop him is Tequila, who drives into town at the right time. He is hired by Burton, but does everything he can to distribute Burton's money among the miners. He gets help from Fuzzy, the village idiot.
