Tai Feng (Jet Li) is a hit man with a conscience who makes a habit of missing his targets 'accidentally'. When a wealthy Japanese businessman is murdered and his family offers a 100 million dollar reward for whoever catches the killer, Tai Feng sees this as an opportunity to say goodbye to life as a 'hitman'.
