La Poupée plot

In a fictional Spanish-speaking country in South America, a dictator (Zbigniew Cybulski) rules with the usual corruption. But it turns out that his wife is giving the orders and not him. Two storylines are intertwined: a scientist has found a way to duplicate objects, he discovers that he can create a robot version of the dictator's wife. Meanwhile, a passionate leftist revolutionary who looks exactly like the dictator, ends up being the tyrant when executed.
