"Women of the caves 1000 years from now!"

In post-apocalyptic New York, housing has become very scarce, and the remaining inhabitants have all been mutated from the radiation overdose. The three races that have emerged, the Norms, the Mutates and the Upriver People, unfortunately do not get along, and are fighting a bitter battle on every street corner.
