"Fear will grip you by the throat when the evil hand KILLS...KILLS...KILLS"
A man escapes from the insane asylum and hides on his family's nearby estate. There he assumes the identity of his twin brother. At that moment also begins a series of violent murders, committed by a man in a black robe with an iron glove with razor-sharp fingers. Scotland Yard Inspector Craig is on the hunt for this homicidal serial killer called "Die Blaue Hand".
