Wasser für Canitoga plot

Work is underway on the water pipeline to Canitoga, Canada, but the work appears to be sabotaged and one person has even died. The man held accountable runs away. Six months later, on New Year's Eve, he reappears and wants to prove with his only friend that he is innocent.
