The Landscape and the Fury plot

In the pitch dark, panting sounds. Hurried footsteps on leaves, dogs barking in the distance. Men in yellow suits cordon off sections of land with tape. Groups of people find their way in the pouring rain. A dilapidated school building full of abandoned shoes and medicine strips, a peeling alphabet poster still on the wall. Two parallel worlds collide in a border area in Bosnia: that of asylum seekers trying to reach Croatia and that of the local residents. Their own experiences of wartime suffering make them all too familiar with what the passing migrants have gone through.
