Tall Timbers plot

Stephen Burbridge is a timber magnate. He has an attractive, adopted daughter named Joan. Jim Thornton, a young forestry engineer, saves Joan from drowning off the coast of Sydney. He becomes involved in a battle between two forestry companies for a large contract and devises a plan to cut down trees more efficiently. However, the competition is not standing still either.
