This film is certainly not good, but it is also not dramatically bad. Director Jamie Bailey makes more or less what you can expect as a viewer: a cheap horror project that uses well-known concepts for marketing. Sooner or later it would be time for a character like Mickey Mouse to get his own horror film, although of course there were a million ways to do that better. Bailey fortunately benefits from a cast that does a pretty good job and a short running time. A lot of scenes make absolutely no sense and the kills are shot crazily, but because it only lasts 75 minutes it has no heavy effect. Simon Phillips is also a ridiculous murderer, the build-up of tension does not work at all and the ending tests your patience, but there are so many horror films that are considerably more tiring to get through that this was still okay for me personally.

Applying for worst movie I've seen in the past year. Man oh man...is this supposed to be a movie?
It is a chaotic story with a lot of brackish dialogues in the beginning and the murders are not shown on screen. Low budget or what? Ok, afterwards there are a few kills....but filmed so cheaply. In addition, the director has made a bizarre, silly addition to the murderer because he can teleport himself. How ridiculous does that sound! And then the final scene....as a viewer you still expect something, but no, the film suddenly stops when the murderer literally cuts the main character's head off in the company of her friends. What follows after that, you don't get to see anymore. The credits are already starting to roll. And what's with that girl in prison who constantly gets to speak in the story as the only survivor to tell about the whole event? After the credits you get an answer...well, an answer is a lot said, vague and meaningless. It constantly takes away the attention and pace from the film. Bad acting btw, especially those two cops interrogating the girl in jail. 1/10 and that's for the Mickey Mouse mask and the cartoons in the background. Then you have the rights to Mickey Mouse and then you make something like this.

Yeah, what can I say about this. After the quite nice Winnie the Pooh, I started this one. Just very mediocre. Little gore, bad kills and a boring location doesn't really make the movie better. With a budget of $800,000 you could have shown a bit more. Very poor.

1.5*
