When Cass starts hearing voices while traveling through the former Yugoslavia with her husband Gav, she blames it on travel stress and cracks in her new marriage. However, when the couple goes on an unplanned sight-seeing expedition with a mysterious resident named Saint Peter, Cass soon suspects that his promises to give them an "authentic" tour of his homeland lurks a much darker purpose. When Gav goes missing, Cass is quickly drawn into a paranoid web of manipulation and murder, from which not even death provides an escape.
