Fourth Down and Love plot
Erin Allen is the single mother of her American football-loving 12-year-old daughter Kiera, who plays in the city's junior flag football league. During Keira's training, Erin runs into the coach's brother and professional football player, Mike Hanson. Erin and Mike are blindsided - they were lovers in college. Mike is visiting his brother, Jimmy, as he recovers from a sports injury. When Jimmy is asked to coach the high school team, Mike takes over as flag football coach. When Erin and Mike spend time together, old sparks rekindle, despite Erin's hesitation...
