Torchy Blane in Chinatown plot
Newspaper reporter "Torchy" Blaine and Detective Steve McBride are on the trail of an Eastern gang that has committed three murders. On the other hand, there is a person falsely impersonating a Scotland Yard agent and his two associates. They try to throw the police off the right track and extort $250,000 from a young rich man who is trying to marry a senator's daughter. The necessary complications arise.
