Death decides to take a rest to experience what it is like to be a mortal. He poses as Prince Sirki and spends a weekend at a Duke's mansion. The ladies present are charmed by him, but are shocked when they suspect his true nature. The beautiful Grazia, however, falls in love with him, even though she is destined to become the wife of the Duke's son.
