Love Mussel plot

A TV station hires actor Kevin Smith to make a documentary about a recent discovery in the New Zealand town of Ureroa. Consumption of 'gooey ducks', shellfish that live in the waters around Ureroa, appears to have a sexually stimulating effect. The question, however, is who has the fishing rights for the gooey duck.
