A Wonderful Time of the Year plot
The Marsh family gather for their first Christmas Eve after three years of pandemic lockdown. Jim Marsh lost his wife to cancer, and his cynical, still grieving teenage son Chris feels the pressure and hesitation to propose to his new girlfriend. Chris himself is in love with a sweet girl from his hometown with a secret. Then there's the neurotic Aunt Mandy, conspiracy theorist Uncle Matt, two wimpy cousins and crazy Grandpa Alf. Plus, "Funcle" Pat hasn't even arrived yet. Won't it all go haywire?
