This Much I Know to Be True plot
This documentary chronicles the exceptionally creative collaboration between musicians Nick Cave and Warren Ellis. Recorded in the spring of 2021 in London and Brighton, on the eve of their UK tour, the footage gives color to their last two studio albums 'Ghosteen' (Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds) and 'Carnage' (Nick Cave & Warren Ellis). The film shows the first time these albums are performed live and together with backing singers and string quartet Cave and Ellis bring the songs to life. A special contribution comes from their friend Marianne Faithfull, with whom they often collaborated in the past.
