Tajemství Ocelového Mesta plot

Two scientists each use their power in different ways. One builds a beautiful city based on humanity, democracy and equality and calls it Fortuna. The second builds a dictatorial, capitalist, dirty industrial city whose main commodity produces weapons and ammunition. One day, when a man arrives in Fortuna with serious injuries, engineer Marcel is sent as a spy to Steel City to find out exactly what happened.
