The Pawnshop plot
Charlie works as a pawnbroker's assistant. He starts his workday with his usual chores, such as dusting, cleaning and arguing with his fellow assistant. Then a customer arrives with a clock and he takes his chance to show off his technical skills… with a rusty can opener. The next customer would like to see the diamonds in the case. Is this an honest customer?
