Superette Anna plot

"The robbing of a local superette and the sinking of the Herald of Free Enterprise are somehow connected."

Superette Anna is largely set in a small rural supermarket on March 6, 1987, the day the Herald of Free Enterprise sinks. A fact that is etched in the memory, but what takes place in 'Superette Anna' on that day is also a brutal robbery and will probably produce much more profound memories for those involved.

Ehm, what a bad joke this was...and this with the commemoration of a ship disaster...I wonder what the makers wanted to achieve with this...junk, but this is real junk

As already said, indeed a bunch of good actors. It is a drama, but the bizarre story also makes it seem like a comedy. And what the documentary meant at the end is still a mystery to me. The low budget was therefore better invested in a documentary.

In fact, one could make a decent film around the film, but this was definitely not that.

Another tip to the makers: if you film in a store from the '80s, also adapt the store merchandise to the spirit of the times. Fanta Zero etc. really didn't exist back then.

Not good. I can only agree with the comments here. Very bizarre course of the film. After an hour it is already over and then ends for 20 minutes with meaningless documentary-style testimonies of the ship disaster. The idea behind it completely escapes me.

But the first part is also particularly weak. It looked like a lame sketch, a play with substandard acting. I think highly of Warre Borgmans, but even he won't make it. The low point is for Loes van den Heuvel, who does not get out of her role as Carmen Waterslaegers at all.

Bizarre course of the robbery. Comical, but without humor. I don't understand how as a director or screenwriter you can't come up with anything better.
