"When the mission ends, redemption begins"
An Indian boy, the son of an incarcerated international criminal, is kidnapped in the capital of Bangladesh and held in one of the most impenetrable cities in the world. A skilled assassin named Tyler Rake is then hired to free the boy and return him to his family. During his rescue mission, Tyler is also looking for redemption.

Dertien-in-een-dozijn actiefilm waarin een huursoldaat c.q. eenmansleger de gegijzelde zoonlief van een drugsbaron moet zien te redden. Het broeierige Bangladesh is een originele setting en Thor-acteur Chris Hemsworth deelt ook zonder hamer rake klappen uit, maar verder is het zozo.
