Good film in which a traffic accident turns the lives of two families upside down. However, this perhaps unnecessary remake is hardly inferior to the original. Simply a good story that is once again excellently constructed. The characters are well-developed, which is also absolutely thanks to the good cast.

It is incomprehensible that I only gave this a 1.5 (in my own file) during a previous viewing when I apparently wasn't in the mood. Being fully present does a lot for a movie experience. Not that I suddenly got a "wow" feeling from it, but it certainly deserves double what I gave it earlier. I am not such a fan of how the story is told, which does make me curious about how the original film Il Capitale Umano (2013) handles this. But the story itself certainly has something.
