Beautiful documentary series in which a number of people are interviewed every seven years. The 7-year-old children of 1964 are now 63 and look back on their lives. Unique, fascinating, moving and sincere. A film or documentary will not come much closer to life than this. You can watch these separately, but it is more rewarding to watch them all.

As beautiful as always, with some additional drama this time because one of the participants has now passed away. Another is seriously ill. The group has now reached the age where parents die, grandchildren are born and careers are phased out. It's a shame that Suzy decided not to participate this time, but fortunately everyone else is present again. With the recent death of director and interviewer Michael Apted in mind, it remains to be seen whether the series will continue. If not, then this is a worthy final chord. But secretly I hope that we can at least still look forward to 70 Up.
