7 Up & Me plot
Every seven years, the "Up" documentary series provided an insight into the lives of fourteen people from different social backgrounds, to show how life works out for them (differently). British celebrities who are fans of the series, such as Michael Sheen, Richard E. Grant and William Roache, comment on the series and talk about the impact the films have had on society and their personal lives in particular. Clips from the original series are interspersed with interviews with the celebrities, where they also reflect on the milestones of their own lives and compare them with the lives of the fourteen characters in the series, and people who worked on the series, such as the director Michael Apted.
