Visually and technically (at least the elaboration of it) this second part is quite disappointing. Dave Bautista clearly has less input than Arnold Schwarzenegger. All in all, not a great sequel. Definitely deserved more attention.

Part 1 of this franchise was not that bad, although it was rather a boring action movie. This sequel is just really bad. You can go far in your creativity to make an escape a little more special, but you can still speak of overkill here. No one is or is interested anymore. With characters that mean nothing. The fights are some bland knockouts without meaning. Schwarzenegger is somewhat replaced by Bautista, but he is also lost. And even Stallone isn't in the picture half the time. Not an interesting film that is really badly made. Then many amateur movies are a little more interesting than this.
