The daughter of a powerful Hong Kong businessman goes missing in what appears to be a routine ransom affair. As Ray Breslin and his team investigate further, they discover that the culprit is the deranged son of one of their former enemies. He also appears to have kidnapped Breslin's lover and is holding her in the huge prison called Devil's Station.
