Several New Yorkers each commit a murder, apparently for no apparent reason. However, more and more killers are popping up and the police soon discover a pattern: Most killers claim that their actions were ordered by God.

I haven't the faintest idea what I just watched for 91 minutes of my life, but it was mostly deadly boring and poorly acted. The premise of a crime spree in the name of God is at least more entertaining than the actual execution. It was especially nice to see Andy Kaufman in a different role for a change and for the most psychedelic ending imaginable.

A mediocre film in which a number of people turn to murder and do so in the name of God. The film starts well, and there are a few decent scenes in the final part. However, story-wise, it is rather messily edited (everything happens too fast). Mysterious and also fairly vague.

Well, because it starts as a promising thriller with a slight hint of the occult, it degenerates over time during the film into a bizarre plot that isn't much to look at; the film derails from a thriller into a weak horror film, a shame.
