Zheleznaya Doroga plot

Together with his father and two other men, Mischa, a boy who cannot speak, goes on a surreal journey in an old Soviet locomotive. It is filled with stolen coal that the travelers plan to trade for food and belongings along the way. On this strange journey over overgrown railways and through the boundless steppes of the interior, they also regularly encounter a traveling circus.
