The Leap Years plot
"a promise to meet every four years"
Li-Ann, an attractive teacher at a Singaporean girls' school, goes to a pub on her 6th birthday (because she was born on a leap year) and sees a man, Jeremy, sitting there. She is intrigued by him and asks him to spend the evening together. He agrees and at the end of the evening they realize that they actually enjoyed their time together. Jeremy makes a promise to Li Ann to meet at the same place and time on every leap year on February 29.
