"A hero split in half."
Donato works as a lifeguard. One day, his life takes an unexpected turn when two people threaten to drown. He manages to save one of them, the German tourist Konrad. Without telling anyone, Donato then leaves for Berlin. His brother Ayrton goes in search of him seven years later, when he turns eighteen.

A slow film. With long scenes, sometimes captivating, but often not. The lead actor is likable. That makes it somewhat worth watching. I miss the beautiful music.
