The Birch plot

The lives of three teenagers - Lanie, Evie and Thurston - intersect around the presence of a bloodthirsty monster called the Birch that lurks in the woods. The Birch is sworn to protect the vulnerable wherever she is called, but takes a dangerous toll for her services. Our heroes grapple with the grim reality of getting to know her - both as friend and foe.
