The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel plot

This series is set in Manhattan, 1958. Miriam "Midge" Maisel has everything her heart desires: a perfect husband, children and an apartment on the Upper West Side. But then her perfect life suddenly changes and Midge has to start over. She discovers she has a hidden talent that makes her go to all the comedy clubs in Greenwich Village and even get to see Johnny Carson.

Season 4 is beautiful. Less hilarious than previous seasons, but what struck me this time around was the great quality of the episodes.

Acting work, big and small, was beautiful again, just look at her father's performance, for example.

And then the shots! Nothing short and unambiguous, but beautiful long shots with multiple dialogues in 1 shot, beautiful to see.
