Superstition plot

Calvin Hasting returns home after a military mission abroad and starts working for the family business. The Hasting family has a funeral home in La Rochelle, Georgia. Along with his family with psychic powers, Calvin must fight to keep their small southern town free from evil spirits, dark evils and supernatural possessions.

Superstition season 1

Pretty fun for a B series. For when you want to watch something simple and thoughtless. In the (still pretty lousy) first episode there is already an obvious reference to Supernatural from which they apparently got some inspiration. Although the story is completely different, just like the atmosphere and the setting. This is a series that is made with a big wink. At first I didn't like the dry humor, but the longer I watch it, the more I can laugh about it and the more I can appreciate the series for what it is. Episode 7 is my favorite and episode 8 would even have made my hair stand on end if it was more fleshed out.
