Quirke plot

Coroner Quirke is a special man. He is more comfortable with the cold lifeless bodies on his examination table than with his colleagues. Driven by curiosity, he prefers to spend his days in the morgue to determine the cause of death of each corpse. One day, when a corpse is stolen from his morgue, Quirke sets out to investigate. Now that he has become a detective by accident, he follows every lead and dives deep into Dublin's underbelly. He is shocked to discover that his research brings him closer to himself. Slowly but surely, Quirke is confronted with his own dark secrets…
