Kaikki Synnit plot

After leaving his home village 10 years ago, Detective Lauri Räihä is sent to investigate the murder of two men in the small northern Finnish town where he grew up. The investigation offers a way to escape his failed relationship with his husband. But going home forces him to face his family and the deeply religious Laestadian community that rejected him many years earlier. Together with his partner Sanna Tervo, Lauri searches for answers in the murder case.

In this second season we go back in time. The why is only really understandable if you've already seen season 1. Of the first three seasons, this scores slightly less because at a certain point the speed really goes out. The pace of this entire series is not really high anyway because of the personal storylines of the people involved that are separate from the red 'crime' thread. However, it remains a great series with this second season; the third season takes it a step further.
