Kaikki Synnit plot
After leaving his home village 10 years ago, Detective Lauri Räihä is sent to investigate the murder of two men in the small northern Finnish town where he grew up. The investigation offers a way to escape his failed relationship with his husband. But going home forces him to face his family and the deeply religious Laestadian community that rejected him many years earlier. Together with his partner Sanna Tervo, Lauri searches for answers in the murder case.

Scandinavia still delivers excellent products, such as this Finnish series. In the first season we get to know Lauri and Sanna. The crime part of the plot is well put together, but there is also a decent part that pays attention to the personal past and current private circumstances of the individuals in question. At some point this will merge into each other. The first season seems like a stand-alone story, but if you watch the second and third seasons, there appears to be a continuous story about all three seasons. Hence my tip: view them in the order they appear.
