Fame plot

Like the 1980 film of the same name, the series followed the students and teachers of the High School for the Performing Arts, a high school in New York where, in addition to normal subjects, the students also receive a lot of lessons in music, dance and drama. Dramatic scenes were interspersed with music and dance numbers in the series.
