Colditz plot

During the Second World War, prisoners of war were locked up by the Germans in prisoner of war camps, the so-called Stalags. Officers trying to escape from a Stalag or otherwise classified as difficult prisoners of war were transferred to the infamous Colditz, a prison from which escape is considered impossible. During the war, officers from the Netherlands, Poland, France and America were imprisoned. The series mainly follows the escape attempts of the British. We see how clothes are made, for example German uniform coats, tunnels are dug, deception attempts are made, papers are forged and dolls are made, to disguise that someone has escaped. In addition, you can see the boredom, the fun, the countless revues, the despair if the escape does not succeed, and the homesickness.
