There are occasional references to the real malpractices of both hedge funders and government officials. But too often it is surreal and over the top. The biggest weakness was the introduction of Taylor Mason, played by Asia Kate Dillon, in the 2nd season. The directors probably had a terrible impulse of virtue and integrated a profile in the series of a non-binary vegan, highly gifted autistic (Asperger?!), resembling Sméagol (from Tolkien). Asia Kate Dillon is completely identical in her private life to the role she plays. And as if that wasn't woke enough, they gave the upstart and equally vilified women's soccer player Megan Rapinoe a guest role in S6E8. All in all, it is an entertaining series with sometimes very nice dialogues and humor (especially with Swags). It could have been packaged in 4 seasons maximum, I think.
