We Hunt Together plot
Freddy is highly intelligent and disarmingly charming, but maybe she's just a psychopath. Baba, on the other hand, is vulnerable, compassionate and emotionally damaged as a former child soldier whose chance encounter with Freddy turns his world upside down. He desperately tries to suppress his predisposition to extreme violence, but the pair's lust for each other takes over, creating a deadly duo. Meanwhile, DS Lola Franks and DI Jackson Mendy must team up to solve a high-profile murder case and catch the killers. Jackson's fight against police corruption has disappoints Lola, as does his firm belief that no one can ever be held fully responsible for their actions.

British thriller drama with a twist. Mysterious Freddy and former child soldier Baba try to stay out of the hands of Detective Jackson Mendy (Babou Ceesay's shining role) and traumatized colleague Lola Franks. Although it never gets nail-bitingly exciting, this is an entertaining drama. The humor, dosed just right, contributes to the smooth and solid scenario. Admittedly, the series drops quite a bit after episode 4 (of 6) and then becomes formulaic and predictable. And the excellent acting hides imperfections and plot holes. But the nicely elaborated mutual relationships of the duos and the fine tempo make this a pleasant viewing experience.
