The Mallorca Files plot
The Mallorca Files revolves around Detective Miranda Blake, an introverted person who likes to do things by the book and works for the Metropolitan Police in London. But then she has to team up with German detective Max Winter, who is the opposite. They are brought to the island of Palma de Mallorca by Chief Inspector Ines Villegas of the Palma Police to (mainly) solve crimes against the international community. Despite their very different approaches, there appears to be a perfectly complementary partnership between the sleuths.
