Death in Paradise plot

Impossible murders on a beautiful Caribbean island. Detective Richard Poole is the perfect man to solve them, if only he didn't hate sun, sea and sand so much. When Richard is sent to Saint-Marie on the small island of Martinique to solve a mysterious murder, he feels completely out of place.
