Coppers plot
In an ideal world, law and justice are synonyms. A criminal commits a crime against a victim and justice ensures that the scales are rebalanced. The criminal receives his deserved punishment and the victim is compensated as much as possible for the suffering suffered. Unfortunately, the reality is different. After all, it is not for nothing that justice has been wearing a blindfold for centuries. Major fraudsters go free while small shrimps are dealt with harshly. Offenders are released through procedural errors while victims are left out in the cold. Sometimes the law can be very unjust. Commissioner Lise Meerhout, of the aggression cell of the federal judicial police, is going in search of justice.
