In a world powered by advanced technology, the Cremona archipelago is plagued by crime and action. This is mainly caused by "Killer B", a serial killer who has thrown the city into a state of chaos. Scientists are now trying to create the perfect human being to bring about universal peace. However, the moment the children take their next step in evolution, they are kidnapped by a corrupt organization that wants to abuse the children to change the world.
