Geinige wegkijker.

Fun watch. No White Lotus, but a fun cast makes it worth it.

The Four Seasons (think: Vivaldi!) is an eight-part American comedy based on the 1981 film of the same name by Alan Alda and adapted by actress Tina Fey, who co-wrote Saturday Night Live. Three pairs of friends go on a luxury vacation together each season, until one of the couples uncouples. And that has an impact on the entire group. The Four Seasons looks like a reunion of Friends or Cold Feet, but the first episodes get stuck in extensive exposés about first world problems; minor inconveniences, major concerns. A comparison with The White Lotus is obvious, but these four seasons lack the sharp satire, the dark humor and the vicious venom. The Four Seasons is for those who love relationship problems and rippling feelgood.
