Charles and Liz are a vampire couple whose once-passionate romance has degenerated into a lifeless marriage after 500 years together. They live in modern-day Seattle with their eccentric vampire group and have fallen into an eternal rut, until their daughter's sincere human boyfriend unexpectedly appears in their lives and forces them to question whether their love can last forever... or if 'forever' is a lifelong punishment.
